Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, powder room. 2 master king suites: First floor with private bathroom/shower; Second floor with private bathroom, shower and Jacuzzi; One single bedroom on the second floor; One single bedroom with half-bath on the third floor. Definitely for families. (up to 6 persons)
LA CASITA: 3-bedroom villa. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, adjoining bathroom (large rain-head shower, 4-person Jacuzzi bath with separate WC and sinks). Master king suite with 1 spare bedroom (king suite or two single beds). Sliding doors permit walkout access to pool and private veranda from master suite. The third bedroom large suite (king suite or two single beds) with sitting area, kitchenette, and private bathroom/shower (up to 6 persons).
CONGA: 2-bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with adjoining bathroom. One king suite and second bedroom can be set up for king or two twin beds. Adjoining bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi and separate WC/sinks. View of the forest canopy and Pacific Ocean from master bedroom. Walkout veranda to pool deck (up to 4 persons)
QUINTO: 1-bedroom with extra-large king suite, sitting area, kitchenette with breakfast bar and private bathroom with a shower. (1-2 persons).
INFINITY POOL
For Villas Congas guests only. A towering Gazebo provides shade to the Infinity pool, an outdoor grill and bar area. Sundeck with coral platform. Custom hand-made teak lounges for sun-worshippers.

Rates depend on season and size of villa rented. High season is dry season and high tourist travel. Green season is the rainy season in Costa Rica
