Our luxury 6-bedroom PLUS Gameroom, 5.5-bath, 2875 square foot villa is located on the exclusive gated resort of Terra Verde. The villa is in an excellent location and just 10 minutes from Disney. Being in a resort community the villa offers all the benefits of a private villa with it's own pool, spa, gameroom,free wireless internet and the facilities of a vacation resort. Some of the facilities Terra Verde boasts include: clubhouse, large pool, spa, tikki bar, children's playground, climbing rock, beach with hammocks, fishing lake, basketball court, Internet access, gym, sauna, concierge service and for a fee, a shuttle service is available to the parks. The resort is a fabulous setting for the vacation of a lifetime. The newly built luxury villa is located on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde. This ideal 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom family home is fully air- conditioned central heated and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. Game room has a pool table, table tennis table (ping pong) a foosball table. Poker chips and cards Tv's in the Den and 3 Bedrooms.
There is full cable television in the Den and Master Bedroom and a west facing private heated swimming pool and spa. Sliding doors from the family room or Kitchen lead you out on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture, or take a dip in our optionally heated pool or bubbling spa pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children, if you should need it...
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full set of dishes, silverware, cooking and baking needs and a Patio service for you poolside entertaining. A Highchair is provided if you have the need. The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer.....The Living Room and Dining Room are beautifully appointed and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks...The Family Room features a pool view with sliding doors that lead onto a covered Lanai. You can put your feet up on the overstuffed Sofa or Love seat and relax to your favorite TV show, DVD or listen to the music of your choice. Want a break from driving?
Terra Verde provides convenient shuttle buses (fee)to and from major destinations including Walt DisneyWorld Resort., Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Wet 'n' WilD Water Park, Universal Studios, Sea World and Orlando Premium Outlets shopping mall. The concierge desk is always happy to help with any information or to schedule any pampering services after a long day's sightseeing. Or you can grab a drink at the outdoor Tikki Hut or a bite to eat with the snack service.Unwind at the large resort clubhouse which has waterfront views and boasts a spa, sauna house, large screen satellite TV and internet cafe.
