Location, Location, LOCATION! It was it's outstanding location that prompted us to buy this luxury two bedroom, two bath, condo at Magnolia Place in beautiful Myrtlewood Golf Course. Condo is conveniently located at 48th Ave North in Myrtle Beach just one block off of bypass 17; close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and, THE BEACH! From your private second floor balcony you have a lovely view of the pool and the golf course. And, yes, we can get you some great golf rates!
Everything you need is there--linens for the king beds in each of the bedrooms plus the queen sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, disposal, washer and dryer, automatic coffee maker and automatic ice tea maker. There is a 25" TV and a VCR in the spacious living room plus a TV in each of the bedrooms.
During your stay our daughter, Michele, who lives in Myrtle and works in the tourism industry, is your hostess and will assist you in any way necessary. So give us a call. WE GUARANTEE SATISFACTION! If you are not happy with your accommodations we will refund your money and assist you in locating other accommodations.
A separate $60 cleaning fee is paid at check-in and a credit card imprint is required for security deposit.
