Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus 10% fee if made 30 days or more prior to arrival. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival a refund will be made minus 10% only on the nights we are able to rebook. If departure is earlier than designated checkout date, a refund will be given only the days we are able to rebook. There is a special cancellation policy for December 15th through January 15th
