Our lovely, air conditioned one bedroom, ground floor, Maui Vista condominium suite 3106 beckons you to relax and enjoy the easy island life style/ Our condo is ideal for two adults. or two adults and a small child. There's so much to enjoy right here - 1 of the 3 freshwater swimming pools is just steps from our lanai (patio), 2 of the 6 free, championship tennis courts are just outside our front door. The Maui Vista is across the street from magnificent Kamaole Beach I, one of Maui's finest, safest, swimmable beaches. Our condo was recently completely refurbished, with all new apliances, new VCR, new 27" TV, new carpet, drapes and ceramic floor tile. We also offer free local phone, in-unit washer/dryer, and free near unit parking. We live in our condo four months a year; we love it! For our use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped. Because of our occupancy, you can and should expect the same. Please add 11.42% tax to all rates.
