Description: Welcome to our home at Santa Cruz! Our new three bedroom, two bath villa is located in a new quiet subdivision called Santa Cruz. Its heated screened pool is the ideal place to relax and refresh after a day at the nearby attractions. The villa also includes the following features: Master suite: Queen sized bed, garden tub, walk-in closet, cable TV and a private exit to the pool. Bedroom 1: full sized bed and cable TV. Bedroom 2: two twin sized beds. Living room: Queen sized sleep sofa, VCR, stereo w/CD player and cable TV. Our home sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, glassware, dishes and utensils. Also provided are all necessary bedding, linens and towels. The laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer. We even have a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The dining area seats six and has access to the patio and pool deck. In addition, there is an answering machine and telephone for local calling. Notes and Policies: Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Rentals are for a minimum of one week during high season. The 10% state tax will be added to the rates. For stays of less than 5 nights there is a $50 cleaning fee. The minimum stay is four days. Pool heat is an additional $100.00/wk or $17.00/day (four day min). Deposits: A $200 security deposit is also required. The security deposit is returned within 30 days of departure.
