Description: Brand new, large and luxurious 5 Bedroom, 4 Full Bathroom Villa in a safe community close to Disney. It is located 10 minutes by car to Animal Kingdom at Hwy 192 and 27 in Orange Tree. There is a large 32 X 12 foot private heated Dolphin Motif Pool with adjoining spa. This villa boasts a large three sided Lanai (covered patio area). There are 2 Master suites, both leading to the Lanai and pool/spa area. This provides plenty of privacy for 2 families. Sit back and relax in the great room with a big screen 36 inch TV with Sony Playstation 2 (CD/DVD player). One Master suite has a 19 inch TV/DVD combination, while the other Master suite has a 19 TV and VCR. There is a video library which consists of some children's videos and some popular movies for your enjoyment. Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed master suite and ensuite. Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh and Tigger after a long day at Animal Kingdom. The Disney room has 2 twin beds, but move over because you will have to share with Tigger and Pooh. This room also includes a child's play table, play kitchen, and puzzles. The Disney room is adjacent to a Disney bathroom featuring Winnie the Pooh. Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa. The Villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kids Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Other appliances include electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric can opener and an orange juice maker to make lots of orange juice that you can pick seasonally in the community (October to April). There is also an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many Tupperware containers for packing snacks for the children and coolers if you take a small road trip. For your children's safety there are alarms on the three doors that lead to the pool and spa area. Every room of this villa has vaulted ceilings and the great room has three sky lights. The villa is 2157sq. ft. not including the pool, spa, lanai, entry, and garage. Other villa amenities include Cable TV with 60 channels, super capacity washer and dryer, free local phone calls and all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. This villa is fully air conditioned and heated. Cribs, strollers, high chairs and playpens are available upon request free of charge.
