Description:
Il Mulino delle Capannacce has just been recently beautifully
restored and converted into three apartments.
La Loggia has two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms,
large open plan kitchen and dining area with a wood burning stove and
open fire place. The living room opens on to a terrace where there is
room for al fresco dining, BBQ and wood burning oven.It is possible
to add 2 more beds with a divan bed.
La Torretta also has two bedrooms: one double and one family room
(3p.) and two bathrooms, kitchen and dining area and a pretty balcony
large enough for al fresco dining, BBQ etc.
The views from both of these apartments are of the stunning
Tuscan /Umbrian countryside and are completely breathtaking.
Il Granaio is an independent apartment next to the Mulino which has
just been refurbished. It has a pretty kitchen with a small fire-
place and dining area, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.Il
Granaio can be rented independently or would be ideal for two people
who want a little privacy whilst staying close to friends or family.
Here in Mercatale we have a Trattoria called Mimmi which is only 800
metres from Il Mulino.At Mimmi's there are 4 double rooms and one
single room with ensuite facilities, which are spacious with big
comfortable beds. Our guests may use the swimming pool and our
private tennis court where lessons are also available.
We can deliver home made food from Mimmi's to Il Mulino or you can
eat at the restaurant. Cooking lessons are also available.
