Description:
A brand new very special designed apartment in a beautiful 200 year old house only 50 meters from Las Ramblas (the most famous shopping street of Barcelona) in a fine and elegant side street. There is hardly a better location possible in Barcelona ,as this apartment is also VERY quiet and Calle St. Ana a small connection street between Las Ramblas and Angel the most elegant shopping street of Barcelona.
The apartment is in the first floor without elevator and has 1 bedroom with full size double bed build as a second level on top of the bathroom, as well as wooden floors and a spacious bathroom with double shower. The living room has an American open kitchen with stove and microwave and with a 22 cm TV with cable connection, and stereo system with CD and cassette and radio and 2 loud speakers and a couch for two more guests, as well as a nice balcony to St. Ana with plenty of flower pots, and I hope that you will enjoy this unique apartment as much as we do.
La Rambla and Angel are fine shopping streets with hundreds of restaurants bars and shops as well as the Placa de Catalunia just 100 meters away with the big shops such as Corte Ingles and FNAC, the subway station is less than 70 meters, and bus and train stations (underground) around the corner, there are so many museums
and places of interest within 10 minutes of walking that we will send a detailed list and map with our recommendations to all guests after confirming their reservation.
