A brand new very specially designed apartment in a 200 year-old house only
50 meters from La Rambla (the most famous shopping street of Barcelona) on a fine and elegant side street. There is hardly a better location possible in Barcelona, as this apartment is also VERY quiet, and Calle St. Ana, a small connection street between
La Rambla and Angeles, is the most elegant shopping street of Barcelona.
The apartment is on the first floor without elevator and has 2 bedrooms with twin-size beds and Japanese sliding doors as well as wooden floors and a spacious bathroom with double sink and bathtub and shower. The living room has an American open kitchen with stove and microwave and with a 22 cm TV with cable connection, and stereo system with CD and cassette and radio and 2 loud speakers as well as a large terrace. We have planted bamboo and lots of flowers on our Japanese-style terrace garden and hope that you will enjoy this unique apartment as much as we do.
La Ramler and Angel are fine shopping streets with hundreds of restaurants bars and shops as well as the Placa de Catalunia just 100 meters away with the big shops
such as Corte Inglez and FNAC ,the subway station is less than 70 meters ,and bus and train stations ( underground ) around the corner ,there are so many museums
and places of interest within 10 minutes of walking that we will send a detailed list and map with our recommendations to all guests after confirming their reservation.
