Description:
The ultimate location in Barcelona, La Rambla 89 the beautiful corner house of the Mercat de la Boqueria.
I don't know where to begin to describe this dream come true vacation apartment! On the 2nd floor with a 15 meter long balcony to La Rambla and in the back as extension of the kitchen/dining area a 40 m2 terrace overlooking the whole Mercat de la Boqueria. Terrace that gets an incredible amount of sunshine that is bigger than a few apartments that I know here in Barcelona, and that's just the terrace.
This terrace comes with a set of garden furniture and a grill and a free 10 kg bag of charcoal (for all bookings of 7 days or more ) and the grill comes with an exquisite set of 25 parts of grill tools! So here is what I would suggest you do when you arrive here you go down to the market and buy a bag of these BIG shrimps and some white wine and while you grill the shrimps and sit on the terraces you watch the sun going down, and than you probably never want to leave this apartment, town and country again. On the other side of your apartment you have this 15-meter long balcony that lets you over look of La Rambla, drinking your morning coffee you can watch the city wake up and you can see all the way to the harbor and to the Placa Catalunya.
Ok more apartment info --- some facts - it has 2 large bed rooms each with 2 single beds that you can put together and than one small bed room with a sofa bed and a sofa
bed in the living room and also a room (to the garden terraces) with a high bed (that is very comfortable for
2 people and has a great view as well) so that is space
for 10 people and than we have something special - a fox hole - it's a second high bed build into the upper part of one high rooms ( 4.50 m high rooms ) and that can be reached over a fix installed ladder and that is a great and fun space
to sleep for 2 teenagers, so that makes it 10! sleeping places, ok what else, well there is a brand new TV ( 22 cm ) with digital cable connection and 65 channels and there
is a stereo system and CD player than we have brand new plates and pots and anything you need to cook and bake
for 10 people a BIG dinning table and very nice linens and towels and a telephone with free local phone calls .
