Description:
Great location in the very center of the old part of Barcelona only meters from Place de Merce and 350 meters from La Rambla (the most famous shopping Street of Barcelona) on a very quiet side street, in a nice building with elevator and easy access for families and senior citizens. The apartment is on the first floor
and has a large living room with a 22 cm TV with cable connection, and stereo system with CD and cassette and radio and 2 loud speakers, with an American kitchen with stove and microwave; the kitchen has lots of kitchen utilities and pots etc, enough to cook very well for 6 people!
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and the couch in the living room can sleep 2 more. We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge. The apartment has a bathroom with a big mirror and lots of light as well as plenty of hot water and a bathtub and shower. Most of the floors are wooden parquet and all rooms have central heating for the few days in the winter where the city gets cold. In front of each window and on the terrace we will plant lots of flowers and we will have two trees growing in boxes on the terrace.
