It is a two level unit with picture windows and patios on both levels looking out onto the pool area and forest. It is located just 3/4 mile from the lake, Beach and Marina, 1/3 mile from the Heavenly Valley Ski Lifts, and 1 1/2 miles from Nevada and the Casinos - Harrahs, Harfeys & Ceasars.
There is a recreation room with a pool table that is located across from the condo.The large living room has a wood burning fireplace and secional sofa that opens to a double bed. The Ponderosa Ranch, Virginia City, Emerald Bay and Donner Pass are less than an hour drive from the condo. A perfect Winter & Summer vacation area.
