This home affords easy living in the oversized great room/dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a covered patio. The wildlife (birds, rabbits, quail) is abundant and only requires keeping the bird feeder full to enjoy!! Owls and coyotes will let you know their presence at night.
There are beds for 12 in the 3 bedrooms+sleeping den and nicely accommodates either families or individuals. The home is located 2 miles from either the rustic old west town of Cave Creek or the more sophisticated village of Carefree, and is 15 miles north of Scottsdale. Shopping and golf are close from all directions.
