Inquiries - In some instances, inquiries about a property may be delayed in reaching the property owner, and in some cases the transmission of the inquiry may not reach the property owner. Last Minute Rentals is NOT liable for any lost revenue that potentially may have been generated if in fact a tranmission of an inquiry is delayed or doesn't go through to a property owner. Last Minute Rentals recommends that potential renters use all means to contact the property owner, including email as well as the phone number should they be available.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Membership Cancellation Policy

LastMinuteRentals.net listings run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc...) LastMinuteRentals.net is unable to offer a refund on cancelled memberships.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Featured Properties

LastMinuteRentals.net may display "Featured Properties" throughout the LastMinuteRentals.net Website. Featured properties are selected by LastMinuteRentals.net and we do not guarantee that your property will be selected. As a property owner listing your property on LastMinuteRentals.net, you may choose to NOT have your listing offered as a "Featured Property". You may do so by sending us an email stating that you do not want your property selected as a "Featured Property".

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET

If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the LastMinuteRentals.net listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your LastMinuteRentals.net listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

PROPERTY SOLD

If you sell your property, you can transfer your LastMinuteRentals.net listing to a new owner for a one time $10 listing transfer fee. No refund will be given, however, existing and new members are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

LastMinuteRentals.net reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the LastMinuteRentals.net web site, it becomes the property of LastMinuteRentals.net and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the LastMinuteRentals.net web site without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Advertisers are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies. Ads that do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of LastMinuteRentals.net.
